CYRUS has high expectations and standards for the jewelry it sells. We want to assure that our consumers receive only the finest goods. Many of the designers that we work with offer their own warranties. In addition to these warranties, CYRUS stands firmly behind the superior craftsmanship of the jewelry that we sell by offering at no extra charge a one year warranty upon our products. This warranty shall cover any problem which may arise within the first year of ownership as a result of poor craftsmanship or manufacturing defect. At our discretion, we will repair the item free of charge, replace the item with the same or offer a similar item of style and value if no longer available. This warranty shall not apply to any issue related to normal or abnormal wear and tear or neglectful use. Examples of non-included warranty issues are, but not limited to: Stone breakage or wear. Stone setting wear and tear. Surface scuffing and marking. Damage to watch crystals. Watch straps, bracelets and clasps.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We will happily provide you with an exchange or full refund for any unaltered in-stock merchandise purchased from us. In-store purchases with receipt enjoy a 10 day money back/ 30 day exchange or credit allowance. Online purchases requiring shipping are offered a 21 day money back guarantee from date of mailing. All items must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and received by CYRUS in the defined return period. The expense of any returned shipment, not requested by us, is the responsibility of the consumer. All monetary refunds will be posted within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
Non-refundable items excluded from this return policy:
Any item altered for the consumer’s specifications including but not limited to: stone selection, sizing, engraving, general appearance etc... Shipping charges including Special Handling and other related costs. Special ordered, closeout jewelry and all items sold as final sale at the time of their original purchase are final sale and non-refundable. Returns without a CYRUS return code, returns sent C.O.D. and improperly or uninsured will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Your Return Authorization Code. For all returns, call 845-783-0632 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Place the sticker on the outside of the shipping box you are returning.

Shipping Charges: All orders of $200 or more are shipped free of charge by USPS to your address in the United States. Shipments to international addresses will incur a charge. Items must be shipped to the same address on file with your credit card. If you have another address that you would like your packaged delivered to, please contact your credit card company to have that address listed as an acceptable alternate address that we may ship to. All shipments from CYRUS are fully insured for the replacement value of the item being shipped. All packages require a signature at the time of delivery. Consumers are able to request shipping upgrades for an additional charge in order to speed up delivery. Charges for these services will be calculated depending upon the location and insurance replacement value of the item being shipped.
Conflict Diamonds: Cyrus Jewelers, along with the international diamond trade community, maintains a zero tolerance policy towards Conflict Diamonds in accordance with the Kimberly Process. The Kimberly Process, adopted by the U.S. Congress under President Bush in 2003, is an international commitment and system of means to track and certify diamonds from mine to market in an attempt to disrupt and prevent the trade and export of illegally acquired diamonds. All diamond retailers in America are obliged to purchase their diamonds from manufacturers and distributors who warrant that their products have been obtained through legitimate channels. Cyrus Jewelers is a responsible member of the jewelry industry with the highest of ethical standards. We are proud to be aligned with manufacturers and suppliers who believe in and support these same ideals helping us to ensure that our patrons enjoy their jewelry knowing they were acquired from ethical sources.
Diamond Upgrade Guidelines: CYRUS will credit you 100% of the original price of your diamond towards the purchase of your new diamond with CYRUS of twice the price or more. This applies to all diamonds of a half carat or larger originally purchased from CYRUS. Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report if given at time of first purchase. Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program. Fees may be applied against any diamond grading report returned damaged or unusable.
Diamond Certificates: Grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts from independent and highly respected grading laboratories. This service is rendered for your knowledge, confidence and security in the purchase and ownership of your diamond gemstone. We are happy to offer these reports, however they are very expensive to replace. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. Diamonds returned without their reports in their original condition will be charged a replacement fee of $250.
Secure Shopping: We want you to feel relaxed and confident when purchasing from CYRUS knowing that all orders that you place with us will be secure and safe. Your credit card information is kept safe from outside parties by use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Your personal information is kept private by our guarantee that we will never sell it to a third party.

Product Availability and Pricing. We try to have our web page accurately reflect the stock of our inventory. Occasionally, due to the volume of orders that we may receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on this site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. If you’re interested in an item that is currently out of stock, please call and we will try to find out the next availability on the item.
We are human and technical glitches can occur. While we make every effort to avoid errors it is possible that data, including prices may be inaccurately displayed. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
